MVZCC started in 1980 when the founder in Taiwan began to propagate the Dharma so that the bright wisdom of the Buddha Dharma may shine upon all beings. The non-profit foundation was registered in 2007.

MVZBF is founded on the spirit that all beings are equal and inseparable.
